Home Remittance Officer Job

Job Purpose
This position is responsible to assist in the execution of Departmental functions. Further, handling of daily technical and operational matters arising by the branches Job Responsibilities
• Assist the branch staff with system-related concerns and process the home remittance transactions in accordance with the laws and AML/CFT regulations.
• In regard to home remittances, prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Reconciliation of GLs and Accounts for home remittances.
• Perform service quality assurance, and solicit consumer feedback. Customer satisfaction must be prioritized.
• Provide assistance onboard new domestic and international partners to grow the business. Taking good care of business associates.
• Implement the marketing plans in achieving the targets.
• Monthly reconciliation, preparation, submission, and follow-up on the SBP rebate claim. Any commission or replenishment of amount from the business partners will likewise be fulfilled.
• Close collaboration with the branches to complete documents related to home remittance transactions performed by the branches and to follow up with the branches to ensure that the monthly & yearly goals are met.
• Coordination with other departments and branches, as well as response to the phone calls and emails .
• U Bank policies and procedures must be followed.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the line Manager.
Technical Competency:
• Basic knowledge of Home Remittance (PRI), Banking Rules and Regulations.
• MS Office

Qualifications:
• Graduate / Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Banking, Economics, Commerce, Marketing or any other field from any HEC recognized university.
• MBA will be preferable.
• Fresh or Minimum one (01) year experience in Bank/DFI/FIs
