Job Description:

                                       As a marketing and communications specialist , you will strategize, develop and execute marketing campaigns towards brand awareness, brand building and lead generation of the company’s products and services to drive quantifiable business results . You will work closely with strategy, sales to develop and execute digital marketing and support in building sales pipeline. Should have worked in the B2B segment in the global markets of US, Europe and Japan.This position requires SPECIFIC qualities, behavior and experience

Expertise in Digital marketing and advertising including content creation and production of all web content, social media strategy and other channels.

 Design, create and manage both organic and paid promotions across all social channels (YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram).
Plan, track, and report marketing strategy on quarterly and/or monthly basis.
Analyze campaigns, translate data, and execute strategies to increase effectiveness of future social media campaigns.

Create bloggers/ influencers community for better outreach

Should have a clear understanding of Search Engine Optimisation, Conduct keyword analysis, make content recommendations, execute content based on KW analysis, conduct competitor KW review and incorporate into content strategy.

Build a strong SEO website
 Must have worked on Marketing automation CRM

 Post-graduation specialization in Marketing, or applicable field.

·Strong understanding of SEO tools and techniques.

 Able to work independently, comfortable managing several tasks simultaneously.

Must have basic Wordpress/HTML skills, Google Analytics, CRM/Marketing Automation, Google advertising, and Retargeting (audience targeting).
 Results-driven, organized, and very self-directed.

 Experience in the development of social media strategies on a corporate level across all social channels (Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, etc.)

 Excellent copywriting required, along with basic skills in design, photography, video editing, and general content creation.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Well-organized, efficient, detail-oriented self-starter, with the ability to work independently.
